Position: Production Team Member (Entry-Level)

• Competitive annual pay range of $50,000-$52,000 with $23.25 hourly pay, plus overtime as needed

As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a key role in supporting branch operations by mixing, preparing, and packaging cleaning products used by our customers every day. You’ll receive training on all procedures and safety practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

Mixing raw chemicals following Auto-Chlor’s formulas and safety procedures

Filling, labeling, and sealing containers

Preparing containers and keeping the production area clean and organized

Safely operating equipment and wearing PPE when required

Taking ownership of your tasks and ensuring products meet our high-quality standards

Reliability, good communication skills, and teamwork mindset

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

Comfortable wearing all required PPE
