Operations Supervisor

We’re seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift (7pm–7am) production team at our Cincinnati, OH plant. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. You will coordinate production schedules, optimize resource allocation, drive efficiency, meet production targets, and lead process improvement projects.

• Production line support – lead all activities on your assigned shift to achieve production goals, manage material changes, and maintain schedules.
• Direction and servant leadership – provide guidance and support to operators, fostering a high‑performance team.
• Safety first – maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with food safety and general safety standards.
• Continuous improvement – apply 5S, RCA, LEAN and other improvement methodologies to enhance process effectiveness.

• Proven experience managing safety and/or quality programs and processes.
• High school diploma or GED, plus substantial related leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to work evenings (night shift).
• Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple competing requests while maintaining accountability and execution.
