Prioritize incoming orders based on customer requirements, workload, media selection, finishing needs, bindery requirements, and equipment capabilities;
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot digital printers, scanners, bindery, and finishing equipment;
Receive, process, edit, and prepare client files to ensure accurate production according to specifications;
Maintain inventory levels for media, substrates, ink, toner, bindery supplies, and finishing materials;
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all printed and finished materials meet company standards
