Quickparts is hiring a Finishing Technician to help shape the future of manufacturing. In this hands‑on role, you will bring industrial 3D‑printed parts to life by ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
We offer flexible schedules with all shifts available — days, nights, and split shifts — including weekends. Overtime is also available.

Our Finishing Technicians are critical to delivering flawless parts that meet stringent quality standards. As a Finishing Technician, you will:

• Transform industrial 3D‑printed parts into high‑quality finished products
• Ensure aesthetic appeal and durability for optimal performance
• Guarantee rigorous quality standards are met before customer delivery
• Maintain a safe, productive, and efficient manufacturing workspace
• Drive continuous improvement through meticulous documentation

• Utilize your expertise in sanding to produce smooth, flawless surfaces, eliminating imperfections with precision and care
• Polish parts to perfection to enhance aesthetic appeal and durability for optimal performance
• Conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure every part meets our stringent standards before delivery
• Maintain finishing tools and equipment in top condition to ensure they are always ready for use
• Keep detailed records of your work, noting any issues along with their solutions to drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with a dynamic team, contributing to a culture of excellence, learning, and mutual support
• Operate safely in a dynamic, fast‑paced factory environment using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Proven background in sanding and finishing, ensuring readiness for success in this role
• Detail‑Oriented with a sharp eye for identifying and correcting even the slightest imperfections
• Proficient with a range of finishing tools and equipment, enabling hands‑on expertise
• Physically resilient and capable of handling repetitive tasks and prolonged periods of standing
• Resourceful and quick‑thinking problem solver who overcomes challenges effectively
