CNC Machinist

We're partnering with our client, a leader in manufacturing solutions specializing in advanced machining processes, to find a talented CNC Machinist. This Temp role is based on-site and offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment and techniques.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Set up, load, and operate CNC machines according to detailed specifications.
• Prepare complex machine setups for production runs, including fixturing and calibration.
• Write and modify CNC programs using G-code or CAM software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot programming and machine issues, making real-time adjustments to maintain quality.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify parts meet specifications using precision measurement tools.

CNC Machinist

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of CNC operation and programming experience.
• Proficiency in G-code and CAM software is essential.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret GD&T.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; experience with multiple CNC machine types preferred.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
