Volt is hiring for a Medical Device Manufacturing Technician for a manufacturing company in Seattle, WA.
As a Manufacturing Technician you will:
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies through skilled use of tools and production fixtures with a working knowledge of the product's operating function.
- Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation in accordance with SOPs.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and ensure product quality.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Qualifications:
- Experience assembling mechanical and electronic devices, including plastics, PCBAs, and batteries.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- 1–3 years of experience working in medical device manufacturing or another regulated manufacturing environment with part traceability.
- Experience using measuring equipment during assembly, including torque tolerance tools.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Soldering Experience
This is a Full-Time, temp to hire opportunity.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible start schedule)
Pay Rate: $27–$31 per hour DOE
