The Mix Tech supports food production by measuring, weighing, mixing, forming, and handling ingredients and products according to established production instructions while maintaining quality, accuracy, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout the shift.

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to established production instructions.
• Form dough and hang sausages onto carts or racks as required by production flow.
• Operate basic food processing equipment in a safe and consistent manner.
• Maintain required production pace throughout the shift while meeting quality standards.
• Accurately record processing times, temperatures, and production codes with 100% accuracy.
• Monitor product quality during processing and report issues to leads or supervisors.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, carts, and equipment during and after production.
• Work independently while coordinating tasks with team members to support line efficiency.
• Comply with all safety procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment.

Base Wage: $22.39 per hour.

As this position is located in Washington State, hourly employees accrue paid sick time at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked under Washington Paid Sick Leave, which is tracked as a protected subset of your total 80-hour PTO bank.

• Stand and walk on concrete or production flooring for the majority of an 8-hour shift (plus any required overtime).
• Use hands and arms continuously for mixing, forming, hanging, and handling product.
• Bend, reach, twist, and lift throughout the shift; lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, with team assistance as needed.
• Perform repetitive motions at a steady production pace.
• Work in temperature-controlled environments that may include extreme hot or cold areas, as well as constant wet and humid conditions.
• Safely work around moving equipment, carts, racks, and production tools.
• Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Experience working in a food production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is considered a strong plus.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with the flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and overtime requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with peers and frontline leadership.
• Basic problem-solving skills to notice minor operational inconsistencies and report them promptly.
