Group 1001 Insurance is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Next-Gen Operations Technology team. You will map current-state processes, identify bottlenecks, and redesign workflows to improve cycle time, reduce rework, and cut hand-offs.
You will apply Lean/Six Sigma, pull and interpret operational data, and define the to-be process with IT, Distribution, Compliance, Product, and Audit. Strong communication across operations and engineering is essential.
