Charger

glassybaby LLC is seeking a Charger to support our hand-blown glass production by managing the charging of raw materials into our furnaces. In this on-site manufacturing role, you will accurately measure and load materials, monitor furnace conditions, and help ensure consistent, high-quality glass batches for our artisans. The Charger maintains a safe workspace, performs routine equipment checks, and carefully documents production data.

Working closely with glassblowers and production leads, you'll help meet daily output goals while supporting glassybaby's mission-driven, artistic, and community-focused culture.
