Beecher’s Handmade Cheese in Seattle is seeking a production assistant to learn cheese making and operate milk receiving, pasteurizer, vats, cheddaring, and packaging. You will keep detailed production records, follow GMP and food safety standards, and work with a collaborative team.
No prior cheese making experience is required; must be 18+, able to lift 65 lbs, and weekend availability is required. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
