Join Our Team as a PM Production Baker at The Grateful Bread!

Are you passionate about baking and eager to work in a warm and welcoming environment? The Grateful Bread is looking for a dedicated PM Production Baker to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced baker or a passionate home baker ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

As a PM Production Baker, you’ll play a key role in creating the delicious baked goods our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mixing and baking a variety of breads and pastries, including croissants, scones, muffins, and cookies.
• Handling dough lamination with precision and care.
• Managing heavy lifting tasks, such as moving 50-pound bags of flour and sugar, as well as large mixing bowls.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in baking (preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train a passionate and motivated home baker!).
• Is comfortable working Friday through Tuesday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
• Can handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy items.
• Brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a love for baking to the table.
