Role Overview

We’re hiring a Marketplace Manager with deep expertise in Tik Tok Shops to drive growth and optimize revenue across Tik Tok Shops and Amazon. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to squeeze every ounce of performance from these marketplaces, managing everything from listings to paid media to inventory coordination. If you’ve mastered Tik Tok Shops and are ready to make a big impact, this is your chance to lead the charge.

This is a full-time, remote-first position with a focus on driving P&L impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and Execute Growth Strategy for Tik Tok Shops and Amazon:
    Develop and implement tailored growth plans for Tik Tok Shops and Amazon. Use data, trends, and category insights to drive sales, visibility, and profitability.
  • Master Platform Algorithms and Buyer Behavior:
    Stay ahead of Tik Tok Shop and Amazon’s algorithm updates, ad platforms, SEO ranking, and emerging consumer trends to outsmart competitors and optimize both organic and paid performance.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Growth Initiatives:
    Collaborate closely with creative, supply chain, operations, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination between content, inventory, fulfillment, and advertising.
  • Optimize Product Lifecycle:
    Manage everything from new product launches to scaling existing products. Oversee listing optimization, review acquisition, pricing adjustments, bundling strategies, and re-ranking campaigns to maximize product success.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
    Continuously monitor performance dashboards, analyze data, and identify actionable insights. Execute rapid test-and-learn cycles to increase traffic, conversion, and minimize inefficiencies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Marketplace Revenue Growth:
    Track overall sales performance and year-over-year growth across Tik Tok Shops and Amazon.
  • Profitability per Channel:
    Ensure profitable scaling across platforms by tracking contribution margins after ad spend, fees, and fulfillment.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    Measure inventory health, fulfillment speed, return rates, and resolve any listing issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Listing & Content Optimization Performance:
    Evaluate product visibility, conversion rates, keyword ranking, and content accuracy across Tik Tok and Amazon listings.
  • Advertising Effectiveness:
    Assess campaign ROI, ad cost control (ACOS/TACoS), and the impact of paid media on sales growth.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Skills:
  • Proven experience scaling marketplace revenue on Tik Tok Shops and Amazon.
  • Expertise in Tik Tok Shop's unique marketplace nuances, algorithms, and ad tools.
  • Strong understanding of listing optimization, keyword research, and paid media management on Amazon and Tik Tok.
  • Deep understanding of P&L drivers within e-commerce and marketplace ecosystems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional projects.
Nice-to-Have

Skills:
  • Experience with aggregators, brand rollups, or fast-scaling eCommerce brands.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium
