About the RoleWe’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, organized, and energized by collaboration. This role supports business development and brand initiatives through the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing content. If you enjoy balancing strategy with hands-on production and bringing ideas to life through both words and visuals, this role offers an opportunity to grow within a design-driven firm.
What You’ll Do- Produce and coordinate marketing materials including proposals, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, presentations, case studies, and resumes.
- Translate proposal strategies into clear, well-crafted written and graphic content.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency across all marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate proposal schedules, team assignments, reviews, and final production.
- Support firmwide marketing initiatives including social media, awards, press releases, events, and conferences.
- Maintain marketing databases, photography assets, resumes, and project information.
- Collaborate with designers, principals, and marketing teammates to strengthen NAC’s brand presence.
- Provide graphic support for internal communications and firm initiatives as needed.
- Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Interest in architecture, design, and storytelling.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting marketing proposals or communications.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Experience in architecture, engineering, or professional services marketing is a plus.
