Job Summary

This role owns product‑focused marketing support from launch through ongoing optimization. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate product compatibility information and executing marketing campaigns across key channels. The position develops wireframes and direction for marketing collateral (catalogs, buyer guides, web images, and instructions), positions online content for product launches and campaigns, and reviews marketing materials for accuracy and consistency. The role also manages and communicates product data across internal systems by supporting product training, maintaining FAQs and a knowledge base, ensuring strong web content and online positioning, and identifying the assets required for the internal product database (VPS).

Regular reporting is required, including monthly web analytics covering sales performance, trends, and insights.

What You’ll Do
  • Support end‑to‑end product launches by building plans, timelines, and repeatable processes with cross‑functional teams
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging informed by market/consumer insights and competitive analysis, align and socialize internally
  • Execute marketing campaigns that support launches and key initiatives across channels
  • Create wireframes and direction for marketing collateral (catalogs, buyer guides, web images, instructions) and related launch assets
  • Own and optimize online product listings, including specs, features/benefits, images, videos, and supporting content
  • Manage device/vehicle fitment and product compatibility data to ensure accuracy across tools and channels
  • Review marketing and product content for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment before publication
  • With the support of creative services team, create sales enablement materials (sales decks, onboarding materials, internal training documents, training presentations)
  • Own the internal product training process and maintain FAQs/knowledge base resources for internal teams
  • Track and report performance using web analytics, including monthly sales, trends, and insights
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, customer service, sales enablement, or commercialization (B2B and/or B2C) supporting product launches
  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills with experience translating technical features into clear customer benefits and differentiated positioning
  • Experience owning and maintaining product content and data including specs, images, videos, and compatibility/fitment information
  • Proficiency creating marketing and enablement assets (sales decks, training materials, buyer guides/collateral wireframes) and coordinating cross‑functional reviews
  • Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics/reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders
Salary Range:

$83,000 to $88,000
