Senior Consumer Insights Manager

We are seeking a customer-focused, experienced Director/Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our collaborative marketing team. Our team members are proficient, work well in a team environment, take ownership, and embrace a growth mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing solutions that help secure and govern AI. Your primary objectives will include creating marketing content, increasing awareness, influencing product and monetization strategy, and executing go-to-market plans.

This role requires proven storytelling expertise, strategic thinking, business acumen, and a passion for our customers.

To reach our goals in this market, you are focused on the customer and business outcomes and have experience building partnerships with engineering teams to influence the product roadmap. You can look end-to-end across the business—from marketing campaigns to readiness, product strategy, partners, field, competitors—to help improve the product, deliver offers, scale through partners and field, and execute digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Influence engineering on the product roadmap to deliver innovation, ensure competitiveness, and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with business planning on business model decisions and bring those to market.
• Integrate narrative into the broader security campaign strategy.
• Influence field and partner marketing for enablement and readiness.
• Own and deliver the value proposition of the product in messaging and content.
• Work with the customer journey team to amplify security for AI products.
• Deeply understand competitors and build strategies to address them.
• Listen to field input from sellers to influence marketing motions.
• Identify opportunities to grow the AI business overall.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing.
• 3+ years of product marketing or product management experience within cybersecurity or AI space.

The target compensation range for this role is $65 to $68 per hour. Compensation is based on education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
