2026 is seeking a seasoned, Manager-level marketing leader to oversee the execution of marketing initiatives tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Seattle. This role is designed to provide immediate operational relief and executional leadership across production, coordination-heavy initiatives, content management, and posting to digital platforms.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Brand and works as a partner within the Communications and Marketing team. This Manager will focus on operationalizing, facilitating, and executing existing strategies, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with quality.
Position Duration: Immediately through July 31
Compensation: $6,700 to $8,500/month Manager-level salary plus benefits
Status: Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSA. Production Coordination & Content Management- Lead coordination and execution of marketing-related content capture from planning through delivery
- Own production timelines, calendars, and run-of-show planning for shoots, events, and activations
- Coordinate logistics across internal teams, serving as the point of contact for vendors, photographers, videographers, agencies, and partners
- Manage approvals, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard
- Coordinate final asset delivery from external partners and ensure content is published across appropriate channels, including website, social media, and partner platforms (if applicable)
- Ensure all content aligns with established messaging, tone, and visual identity
- Anticipate risks and proactively resolve operational challenges
- Own and manage all social media operations, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content
- Contribute towards building the social media content calendar
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to support campaign execution
- Execute within existing brand strategy, systems, and guidelines while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency
- Act as a partner to marketing leadership, enabling focus on brand strategy, structural planning, and other initiatives
- Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams, leadership, and external partners
- Protect and enhance the SeattleFWC
26 brand through consistent messaging and visual identity - Participate as an active member of the Communications and Marketing team
- Manage professional services agreements related to production and content where applicable
- Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusion consistent with organizational values
- Provide clear status updates and reporting on initiative progress
SeattleFWC
2026 is seeking a highly capable, execution-oriented marketing leader with Manager-level judgment and experience. Key qualifications include:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand, experiential, or content-driven roles
- Proven experience leading production-heavy initiatives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Experience working with photographers, videographers, agencies, and external partners
- Confident communicator able to operate peer-to-peer with senior leadership
- Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite/ handling design files
- In-office work required five days per week in the spring.
- Attendance at events and meetings in and around the city/region.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to reliably travel locally.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
