Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager in the Greater Seattle Area. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can elevate our brand and develop strategic marketing campaigns to boost leads and revenue. As a growing construction company, we need someone who can craft a clear, compelling identity and support our business development efforts with strong, consistent marketing.

In this position, you’ll lead the planning and execution of all marketing and branding initiatives—from digital content and proposals to events and internal communications. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, project teams, and the sales department to ensure our values—tenacity, resourcefulness, forward-thinking, teamwork, accountability, and continuous growth—come through in every message we share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and implement marketing strategies that communicate our product’s key differentiation, capabilities, and features.
  • Develop strategic, targeted marketing campaigns—using mailers, social media, PPC ads, home shows, and other channels—to increase leads in key geographic areas.
  • Create KPIs for Marketing and Sales performance to track progress and goals over time.
  • Choose a website developer to update the company’s web presence (or develop one yourself). Keep the company website updated with new projects, company news, and SEO-driven content.
  • Manage social media channels to highlight accomplishments, team stories, and industry insights.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns that engage clients, partners, and prospects.
  • Oversee digital advertising and track analytics to measure performance and guide improvements.
  • Design and produce printed marketing materials including brochures, spec sheets, trifolds, and banners – that clearly communicate our offerings.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos to promote projects and company culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the construction, engineering, or architecture industries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing websites, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, estimators, and leadership teams.
