The Paid Digital Media Department drives brand awareness and customer acquisition via targeted paid media.

Join a growing Paid Social team responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all Paid Social marketing for Aritzia.

As a Senior Specialist / Specialist, Paid Social you will:

• Define the long‑term, strategic channel approach for our Paid Social program.
• Run A/B tests, track metrics, and develop strategies (ad copy, landing pages, creatives, audience targeting) to improve ad spend performance.
• Curate platform‑specific creative content that aligns with our messaging priorities.
• Procure and validate creative assets from cross‑functional partners to meet Paid Media requirements.
• Create advertising audiences using first‑ and third‑party data.
• Analyze insights to optimize KPIs and enhance activation results.
• Deliver, manage, and continuously improve Paid Social programs.

• Proven experience or certifications in Performance Marketing, optimization & analytics, reporting, or channel management.
• Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles.
• Strong collaboration with cross‑functional partners and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Commitment to quality and delivering business‑value results.
• Experience in luxury fashion brands or eCommerce apparel (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with Ads Managers tools (preferred).

Base salary range: $50,000 – $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include bonus and/or equity, potentially exceeding this range.
