Internships at Tik Tok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

• Assist in executing various Tik Tok Shop campaigns, including Platform Campaigns(such as Black Friday&Cyber Monday), Category Campaigns(such as Halloween) and Super Brand Campaigns(with exciting benefits from the global campaigns) with involvement in resource allocation, merchant communication, and marketing strategy.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth implementation of activities.
• Contribute to the development of campaign business plans, leveraging data analysis and research to gain insights into operational performance and provide strategic support for decision-making.
• Participate in designing campaign marketing strategies, assist in project management, and facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams to ensure successful execution.
• Support cross-team communication for key campaign initiatives, working with industry experts, operations, user growth (UG), product teams, and more.
• Assist in project management and drive implementation across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in Excel formulas; experience with design software is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Business/ Marketing or related field.
• Prior experience in e-commerce activities and marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis software.
