Position: Brand Campaign Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our campaign team to build an ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users.

This is a dynamic role with the US operation team, where you’ll contribute to campaigns for iconic brands and help shape the future of e-commerce at Tik Tok Shop. As a project intern, you will engage in impactful short-term projects and gain practical on-the-job experience in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis; successful candidates must commit to at least 3 months.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day operational needs of the campaign and marketing team, including conceptualizing, developing, and executing marketing campaigns such as sales campaigns, brand campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including internal account managers, user research, creator management, and cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, PR, graphic design, product, R&D) for campaign creation and optimization.
  • Assist in communication and collaboration with local KOLs, social media, and other digital channels to develop online community reputation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations that enhance performance.
  • Research local market trends and culture; monitor viral content, celebrity updates, trending news, and leverage trends in social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments to optimize campaigns.
  • Assist in branding execution and marketing plans to support overall product development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with local trends and social media influencers
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills; strong ability to manage expectations, drive performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders under tight time constraints
  • Independent and self-motivated with end-to-end ownership of projects; open to new and ambiguous projects and eager to learn across marketing specialties
  • Analytical and structured thinker with ability to derive insights from data
Preferred Qualifications
  • Majors in communication, marketing, or e-commerce-related areas

Job Information

Compensation (Hourly) - Campus Intern. The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75 per hour.

Benefits may vary depending on employment type and location. Interns may have day-one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more. Interns may receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 hours if hired in the second half). Housing allowance may apply if not 100% remote.
