Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in merchant cold start, including product listing, store setup, and campaign registration.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving merchant operational issues (logistics, pricing, content compliance).
- Track and coordinate merchant preparation for platform campaigns, especially BFCM (inventory readiness, discount planning, livestream scheduling).
- Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights for merchant growth strategies.
- Help manage creator and agency collaborations (sample shipment tracking, content output monitoring).
- Provide weekly reports on merchant performance and campaign readiness.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, or related fields.
- Strong interest in e‑commerce, fashion, and the creator economy.
- Proven problem‑solving and communication skills; comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
- Internship or full‑time experience in an e‑commerce marketplace business, or retail category management.
- Familiarity with the Tik Tok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand‑creator partnerships.
Hourly rate range: $23.75 per hour.

Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 hours if hired in the second half). Interns who are not fully remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.
