The Product Marketing team at Tik Tok helps build holistic go‑to‑market plans across Tik Tok's eCommerce products. Our goal is to drive full‑funnel product education, adoption, and revenue. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for a 12‑week internship in 2026.
Responsibilities- Drive go‑to‑market strategies—including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets—across the seller journey to convert, grow, and retain sellers.
- Partner with marketing teams to ensure the product suite is on‑message and maximized across each channel.
- Develop and implement data‑driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer by managing input and feedback from end‑users, merchants, creators, and employees.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to identify impactful product opportunities and prioritize efforts.
- Build research to influence the Product Roadmap, including ROI analysis, dependency analysis, and other prioritization techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
- Experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce or social commerce.
- Experience working with product management, analytics, and design to scale products.
- Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in‑product, content marketing, and other owned channels.
- Ample experience working with and influencing cross‑functional partners (marketing, design, copywriting).
- Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing, and analytical tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry knowledge of eCommerce.
- Previous marketing asset design experience.
- B2B marketing experience.
Pay Transparency:
Hourly rate $47.50–$47.50.
