In this startup environment, your impact will be immediate and massive. As our Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on executing a Tik Tok-forward strategy to drive visibility and revenue for our board games. You will build and optimize our digital storefronts, cultivate authentic relationships with creators, and orchestrate creative product launches that capture attention in a crowded market. You will also take ownership of our Amazon presence, manage our back-end SEO, and drive holistic social media growth across all active platforms.

- Tik Tok Shop Mastery: Proven, hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and driving revenue directly through Tik Tok Shop.
- Amazon Ecosystem: Strong working knowledge of AMS and Amazon FBA to maximize our reach and operational efficiency on the platform.
- Paid & Organic Campaigns: Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- SEO Management: A deep understanding of back-end SEO to ensure our products and content remain highly visible to our core audience.
- Holistic Social Media Growth: The skills and drive to utilize all available digital tools to aggressively expand our brand footprint and cultivate community engagement.
- Affiliate Ecosystem Management: Deep expertise in Tik Tok Affiliate Marketing, including identifying, recruiting, and incentivizing the right creators for board games.
- Tabletop Influencer Networking: A strong track record of successful influencer marketing specifically within the tabletop board game and physical collectibles space.
- Creative Product Launches: A robust portfolio of experience executing high-impact, creative product launch strategies from the ground up.
- Startup Agility: A genuine love for problem-solving and a proven ability to "think around the corner" to bypass roadblocks, adapt quickly, and uncover innovative solutions.
