As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

  • Campaign strategy design, project timeline management, resource coordination and implementation, product tracking, merchant performance analysis, and post‑campaign reviews.
  • Participate in business planning and target tracking.
  • Through data analysis and merchant/influencer research, continuously monitor operational performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Contribute to campaign marketing design, including campaign mechanics, industry and merchant communications, and operational support for other campaign segments.
  • Support cross‑team collaboration on key business projects, coordinating with Product, Category Operations, DA, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, Economics, Data‑related majors.
  • Strong data skills:
    Excel, SQL, Hive, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to manage expectations, drive for performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders under tight time constraints.
  • Independent and self‑motivated, with good end‑to‑end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects and eager to learn skills across a variety of marketing specialties.
  • Previous internships in consulting, strategy, business analysis, or marketing (Preferred).
Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.

Benefits

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of the year, 40 if hired in second half). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
