Responsibilities- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in managing end‑to‑end campaigns and performance marketing tied to revenue, sales, and/or GMV, including operations, content marketing, and transactional marketing, preferably within lifestyle businesses, marketplace, or travel/OTA e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience managing full‑cycle marketing campaigns, including planning, launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Hands‑on executor, not just a strategist.
- Experience in fast‑paced consumer tech, marketplace, or travel/OTA environments.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions, especially focused on ROI and campaign efficiency.
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151,050–$273,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
