Amazon’s Cross Channel and Category Marketing Team (XCM) is hiring a strategic marketer to lead the execution of our cross-channel mass campaigns. This role provides an opportunity to drive brand‑loving campaigns globally and partners with stakeholders across Amazon and XCM leaders and local markets to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Key Job Responsibilities- Craft insight-driven cross-channel campaign briefs in partnership with Brand Planning and cross‑functional partners.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development from brief through production, ongoing measurement and optimization across channels.
- Partner strategically with business teams to ensure integration into stakeholder priorities and documentation.
- Engage with international marketing leaders to localize a central campaign strategy and key creative assets.
- Manage on‑time and on‑budget delivery of campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with creative partners to deliver brief-aligned, high‑impact campaigns.
- 8+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement.
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication for executive-level leaders.
- Experience in agency or brand-side roles overseeing complex campaigns with creative problem‑solving.
- Experience executing campaigns across traditional and emerging media channels (TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video, paid social).
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience working on global campaigns.
- Experience providing creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
- Experience executing marketing strategy and creative at a high bar.

Base salary will vary by location and will include sign‑on payments and RSUs. Typical compensation ranges:
USA, NY, New York — $137,900–$186,500 annually
USA, WA, Seattle — $125,400–$169,600 annually
Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave, among others.
