We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Enterprise acquisition and paid channels such as media and direct mail execution at Amazon Business. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated multi‑channel campaigns that drive qualified enterprise leads and accelerate customer acquisition through paid media channels and direct mail programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in paid media strategy, direct mail campaign management, marketing automation, and data‑driven optimization to generate pipeline opportunities and support revenue growth across enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute integrated paid acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (display, search, social, programmatic) and direct mail to drive enterprise customer acquisition.
  • Partner with marketing operations and creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging that resonate with enterprise buyers.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms and data analytics to optimize campaign performance, audience targeting, and budget allocation across channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on enterprise acquisition goals.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external agencies to execute direct mail and paid media programs at scale.
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience.
  • 1+ year of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management.
