Marketing Contractor Expert

We are looking for a seasoned and innovative marketing expert to join our team in a dynamic project setting. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, the development and implementation of marketing plans, and the creation and management of content for diverse marketing channels.

• Develop, maintain, and prioritize all marketing activities for the North Texas marketplace in conjunction with the Managing Partner.
• Develop the marketplace strategic plan in consultation with local leaders and oversee its execution.
• Drive collaboration between businesses, industry, and colleagues to implement strategic marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate internal communications for the initiation and development of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Public Relations team to enhance media coverage.
• Engage with other marketers to coordinate campaign activities and integrate other capabilities as needed.
• Manage the overall marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product launches, and core marketing activities.
• Develop metrics and KPIs with the in-house agency to assess campaign success and inform future tactics.
• Introduce innovative marketing practices to enhance all activities.

• 10 years of related experience in marketing, focusing on strategy and planning.
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies and tactics.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across projects.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholder groups.
• Persuasive skills and ability to gain consensus through influence.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Executive presence and professional client service manner.
• Experience in a matrixed organization and large corporate setting is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities.
• Deep knowledge and connections in the North Texas marketplace.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.

• Experience in large corporate settings or professional services.
