Description
AWS is seeking an experienced, self‑motivated, personable, and detail‑oriented manager to lead AR programs for the AWS Partner business. The AR Manager will create and drive strategy and tactics to effectively communicate key differentiators for AWS partner programs, including the AWS Partner Network. AWS is the world’s most comprehensive and widely adopted cloud platform, offering over 200 fully featured services from data centers globally.
Millions of customers—including startups, large enterprises, and government agencies—use AWS to lower costs, become more agile, and innovate faster. Analysts worldwide seek to understand AWS in order to help their clients realize the transformation potential of cloud and AI for their businesses. Our role is to inform these analysts and explain how AWS is different, and to work with them to help them understand core customer and partner requirements and concerns.
The successful candidate will be creative and experienced in analyst relations, marketing, or communications on behalf of technology companies. The right candidate possesses a proven track‑record of successful communication and executive program management, including the ability to quickly understand technically deep topics and go‑to‑market strategies in order to deliver on numerous collaborative projects and manage day‑to‑day operations related to program activities in a global organization.
In this role, the candidate will innovate within their AWS AR program while measuring and communicating results. They must be comfortable working with senior executives, balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution, working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, and identifying market challenges and opportunities for AWS customers and partners.

- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams
- Experience working cross‑functionally and driving decision making among stakeholders with competing goals
- Experience with various types of research methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, 1P & 3P data, trend analysis & forecasting
