Job Summary
Temporary Senior Email Marketing Manager position (8/10/26 - 12/31/26). As a temporary role, no benefits are available. Pay range: $90,000.00 to $ annually, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all phases of email campaign development from ideation through deployment.
- Lead, develop, and execute overall marketing strategies that support the customer journey, business goals, and brand values.
- Own the customer lifecycle email strategy and craft compelling content tailored to each guest segment.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with merchandising, analytics, and creative teams to execute shared strategies focused on engagement and traffic.
- Own and monitor key performance indicators for email and SMS, staying current on emerging trends and technologies.
- Ensure campaigns launch on time, accurately, and are reviewed with all internal stakeholders.
- Develop advanced audience segmentation strategies to deliver growth, personalization, and strong performance.
- Execute testing initiatives across campaigns, including send‑time testing, A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and creative variations.
- Use data and insights to identify actionable recommendations and optimizations.
- Oversee a team of Email Specialists responsible for daily email operations and reporting.
- Foster a collaborative team culture focused on curiosity and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with legal to ensure all email/SMS activities comply with global regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Provide strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration with the broader organization.
- Minimum seven years of email marketing experience managing large‑scale content emails and automated campaigns across varied customer segments.
- Experience with SMS marketing preferred.
- Prior experience in retail or e‑commerce, with fashion industry experience a strong plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate with merchandising, business analytics, and creative teams, providing strategic input on campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of email analytics tools and data‑driven decision making;
Adobe Analytics or similar tools a plus. - High proficiency with email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Smartsheet, and Figma.
- Experience executing A/B tests and conducting thorough analysis of results.
- Proficiency with BI/reporting tools to analyze guest data within an e‑commerce environment.
- Ability to build complex triggered, multi‑stage nurture journeys.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable with change, continuous learning, and staying updated on new technologies.
- Strong analytical, presentation, project management, and planning skills.
- Highly collaborative, prioritizing shared team goals.
- Adaptable and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Business and marketing acumen with advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
