Paid Media Specialist

Starke Marketing is an award winning marketing and advertising agency that serves Fortune 500 companies to one‑person startups. We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and help businesses grow and scale.

• Work with the team to devise the right campaign strategy for each client.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create marketing emails as needed.
• Provide insights on active campaigns to improve performance and identify opportunities.
• Communicate with clients regarding the details of their campaigns.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and client expectations.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data‑driven optimization recommendations.
• Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and recommend how to incorporate them into our strategy.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client target audiences and how to reach and engage them through different digital verticals.

• 2+ years of Facebook advertising experience.
• 2+ years of Google Ads experience.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to hit deadlines and work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or another CRM is preferred.
• Agency experience is a plus.

• Job Type: Full‑time
• Pay: $55,000 – $67,000 per year
• Benefits: 401(k) and paid time off
