HR Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive enrollment and increase brand awareness in the competitive exam industry.

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote institute programs and services across online and offline channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, print advertising and events.
• Generate leads and convert them into enrolled students. Monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Manage and enhance brand image and reputation; ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape and growth opportunities. Analyze data to inform strategy adjustments.
• Oversee creation of engaging content for campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos and more.
• Collaborate with admissions, academic and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum results.

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience (required).
• Master’s degree preferred.
