Job Title: Content Creator (Freelance/Contract)

Job Type: Full time

Culture Studio specializes in custom merchandise for music, entertainment, and brands ’ve probably produced the favorite band tee in your closet – from Justin Bieber to Rolling Stones to Taylor Swift, we work with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and compelling content strategies that align with the company's brand and target audience.
  • Create visually stunning and highly shareable content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In.
  • Generate engaging blog posts with educational content and trends that resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, pop culture, and social media developments to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various channels, using data insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and concepts to elevate our content and brand presence.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably within the fashion or streetwear industry.
  • Comfortable being on camera and acting as ambassador for the brand.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools or video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, and music/entertainment, with a keen eye for style and aesthetics.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment, take risks, and push boundaries.
