Overview

Woodmeister Master Builders (WMB) is looking for a Business Development and Brand Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing strategy and drive new customer acquisition, sales enablement, and brand awareness growth. This coordinator will partner with Business Development and Marketing teams and support current programs while developing new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long‑term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, global contact directory, and intranets.
Collateral & Sales Enablement
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and alignment with WMB’s brand DNA.
  • Oversee the development and updating of website, digital channels (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, Pinterest), email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing assets.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of collateral for external promotion and internal use, including client testimonials, holiday cards, mailings, and award submissions.
  • Support RFP responses, interview materials, and other prospect outreach, preparing documents and presentations such as “Staircase Capabilities” and “Modern Work.”
  • Assist with internal marketing communications for company meetings, HR announcements, and other internal initiatives.
Event Planning and Management
  • Collaborate with the Director of Client Development to identify event targets and strategic client invitations.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows, managing schedules, contacts, mailings, and communication cadence.
  • Manage Woodmeister‑hosted events, client entertaining, and oversee event execution and post‑event reporting.
Market Research
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape.
  • Prepare analytical reports, summarize data, and provide insights to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Act as Hub Spot super user, maintaining CRM data integrity and KPI tracking.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in marketing coordination or a related role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools;
    Hub Spot experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design/email software.
  • Strong presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

Work Details

Position Type:
Full‑time.

Location:

Worcester, MA (in person).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. No travel required. Must relocate to Worcester before start date.
