Marketing Operations & Campaign Specialist
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized marketing professional who enjoys balancing analytics, campaign execution, and content coordination while supporting multiple high-impact marketing initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations & Campaign Specialist to provide execution support across multiple marketing functions in a metrics-driven organization. This role combines marketing operations, campaign execution, reporting and analytics, and content coordination to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and supported by actionable performance insights.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
Lifecycle/CRM Marketing, Digital/Web Marketing, and Sales Enablement Marketing. They are comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, interpreting marketing data, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Pull, analyze, and summarize marketing performance data from BI tools and reporting dashboards.
- Prepare recurring performance reports, forecasting updates, trend analysis, and executive-ready presentations.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify data anomalies, and partner with internal teams to resolve reporting issues.
- Draft marketing briefs and develop short-form marketing content for email and SMS campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign execution, approval workflows, and campaign documentation across multiple work streams.
- Maintain reporting templates, campaign trackers, presentation decks, and other living documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and creative teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and risks while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Experience:
- 5+ years of marketing experience with hands-on expertise in the following:
- Lifecycle / CRM Marketing (Email & SMS)
- Digital / Web Marketing
- Sales Enablement / Frontline Marketing
- Experience pulling, interpreting, and presenting marketing performance data using BI/reporting tools (Tableau strongly preferred).
- Experience writing and editing short-form marketing copy for email and SMS campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or similar.
- Strong proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Understanding of campaign execution workflows, approvals, and deployment processes.
Skills:
- Experience with generative AI writing tools (e.g., Writer or similar).
- Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
