We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-obsessed Program Manager to drive marketing operations and cross-functional initiatives that amplify MLU's reach and engagement across Amazon's technical workforce.

Key job responsibilities
  • (Deliver Results) Own end-to-end program management for marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives — from requirements gathering through execution, measurement, and retrospective.

Drive adoption of automation tools (e.g., AI-assisted copywriting, automated recurring communications) to reduce cycle time on repetitive tasks.
  • (Think Big) Support strategic marketing initiatives including potential program rebranding, community engagement programs, and large-scale events by managing project plans, stakeholder coordination, and go-to-market timelines.
  • (Earns Trust) Coordinate across MLU teams (operations, product, instruction) and partner organizations to align marketing efforts with broader program goals and ensure consistent brand application.
  • (Insist on High Standards) Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints by managing the brand portal, standards documentation, and creative review processes.
  • (Dive Deep) Track and report on marketing program performance metrics. Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting on marketing impact.

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
