This is a direct-hire role with our client based in Seattle, WA. U.S. work authorization is required; no sponsorship is available.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing efforts. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to learn digital marketing from the ground up, contribute to real projects, and grow into more ownership over time. You will work closely with a supportive marketing team and gain exposure to both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support digital marketing initiatives across multiple lines of business
  • Assist with website updates, content uploads, and basic site maintenance
  • Support campaign execution, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
  • Help organize and manage digital assets and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing team members and other teams on cross-functional projects
  • Track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and help keep projects moving on schedule
  • Assist with reporting and basic performance tracking as needed
  • Provide general marketing support and administrative assistance to the team
Qualifications
  • Interest in marketing, digital media, or brand management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions and collaborating with others
  • Customer-first mindset and positive, can-do attitude
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Internship experience, part-time roles, or hands-on projects related to marketing or communications
  • Interest in content creation, digital campaigns, or social media, even if informal or personal
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Retail, customer service, or brand-focused background is a plus
