Ambassador Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced Regional Ambassador Program Manager to lead the growth, engagement, and performance of a large-scale ambassador community across the Americas. This role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting ambassadors while driving customer acquisition and long-term customer engagement through community-led initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling ambassador, affiliate, referral, community, or field marketing programs from the ground up. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong relationship management, analytical skills, operational execution, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new ambassadors on brand messaging, product knowledge, and program guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors to drive engagement, retention, and performance.
• Support ambassadors with training, tools, resources, and local market insights.
• Attend community events, ambassador meetups, and local activations to strengthen ambassador relationships.
• Identify and execute strategies to expand ambassador networks and scale the program into new markets.
• Partner with marketing teams to develop ambassador recruitment campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Manage local operational needs including event support, promotional materials, and vendor coordination.
• Serve as the regional voice of the program by providing market feedback and performance insights.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, marketing and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
• Track and analyze program KPIs, including ambassador engagement, customer acquisition, customer activation, and market expansion performance.

• 5+ years of experience managing community, ambassador, affiliate, referral, or field marketing programs.
• Experience building and scaling programs from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated success recruiting, engaging, and retaining program participants or communities.
• Experience managing performance-based programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret customer acquisition and engagement metrics.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and developing new processes.

• Experience supporting multi-market or international program expansion.
• Background in consumer technology, fintech, marketplaces, or high-growth digital businesses.
• Experience managing local events, community activations, or field marketing initiatives.
