The Product Manager - Riftbound Accessories supports the development of accessory products from concept through production by translating product direction into clear documentation, product definitions, and cross-functional alignment.
This role works closely with the Director of TCG Accessories to execute against the Riftbound Accessories Plan, contributing to product pitches, briefs, and development inputs that guide teams across Creative, Production, Licensing, and Supply Chain.
The Product Manager will help ensure that Riftbound accessories are developed on time, aligned to brand and licensing expectations, and consistent with the broader system design.

What you’ll doServe as the Riftbound accessory Product lead across cross-functional teams, including:
- Creative
- Production / Manufacturing
- Licensing (Riot)
- Marketing
- PMO
- Supply Chain
- Support the development of accessory products from concept through production readiness
- Translate product direction into structured documentation and clear product definitions
- Define product specifications including configuration, features, materials, and packaging
- Ensure products align with Riftbound gameplay, collectibility, and display goals
- Maintain discipline in SKU development, ensuring consistency with long-term line architecture
- Develop product pitch documents in partnership with the Director of TCG Accessories
- Target audience and use case
- Product configuration and contents
- Pricing approach and value positioning
- Channel strategy (hobby, mass, organized play, etc.)
- Risks, dependencies, and competitive positioning
- Refine concepts through iteration and feedback to support greenlight decisions
- Build product briefs that define product function, structure, and intent
- Provide clear inputs to Creative teams, including:
- Product usage and positioning
- Thematic direction tied to aligned releases
- SKU structure and assortment planning
- Collaborate with Creative and Licensing teams to support approval processes and ensure alignment
- Contribute to product development with awareness of:
- Support competitive analysis and product positioning for new concepts
- Incorporate pricing and value perception into product recommendations
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of Riftbound gameplay, product ecosystem, and player needs
- Support internal presentations and product reviews
- Contribute to ongoing refinement of product development processes and documentation
- Execute special projects as assigned
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or similar roles in consumer goods
- Experience with physical product development and manufacturing processes preferred
- Exposure to tabletop gaming, trading cards, or collectibles a plus
- Familiarity with product documentation such as briefs, BOMs, or RFQs preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including creative, production, and supply chain
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana or similar)
- Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate ideas into structured, actionable plans
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to support alignment across functions
- Interest in tabletop gaming, collectibles, or hobby communities preferred
- Practical, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving

Other benefitsBase Salary:
The expected base compensation range for this role is $90,000-$130,000 annually. This is based upon a calculation using the national average for similar positions. While this is the normalized and expected range in most cases, exceptions may be made for exceptional levels of experience or significant variance in cost-of-living due to geographic location. Individuals who feel they would be a good fit for this role are encouraged to apply and discuss any compensation concerns with Human Resources during the interview process.
