Position: Content Strategist [SK-10921]

Aquent is partnering with a leading company that is revolutionizing its industry, dedicated to connecting people with essential information and services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where your strategic vision and creative execution will directly shape the company’s social presence, driving significant awareness and engagement across diverse audiences. You will be instrumental in translating business goals into compelling, platform-specific storytelling, making a tangible impact on brand perception and growth.

Are you a versatile social media professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution? This pivotal role calls for someone who blends deep platform expertise, cultural awareness, and creative instinct to develop and implement content strategies that resonate with both consumer and industry audiences. You will be equally comfortable conceptualizing a high‑level strategy deck as you are shooting a compelling short‑form video, seamlessly moving from big‑picture vision to real‑world content creation.

Your work will directly influence how audiences perceive and engage with a leading brand, shaping its digital narrative and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business priorities across B2C and B2B audiences, translating goals into platform‑specific storytelling.
  • Develop and produce content as a core function of the role, from concepting and copywriting to light production, ensuring quality and consistency across channels.
  • Serve as a strategic contributor on cross‑functional campaigns, from new initiatives to cultural activations, helping shape creative direction and ensuring on‑brand execution.
  • Use data, social listening, and audience insights to inform content decisions, track performance, and surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Brand, Communications, and Performance teams to bring integrated campaign ideas to life with clear channel strategies.
  • Monitor emerging platforms, formats, and cultural moments to keep the social presence fresh and relevant; share learnings proactively.
  • Support planning workflows, content calendars, and reporting to keep campaigns on track and visible to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in social strategy, content, or digital marketing with a track record of contributing to impactful campaigns.
  • Fluency across major social platforms with strong instincts for what works where and why.
  • Ability to travel to events and capture content as needed (10-25%).
  • Hands‑on content creation experience (copywriting, short‑form video, graphics coordination, or similar).
  • Comfort working with data, using insights to sharpen strategy, not just report numbers.
  • Strong communicator who can work across creative and business teams with clarity and confidence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with leading social media management and project tracking tools.
