People & Workplace Coordinator – Las Vegas, Nevada – Human Resources – Full‑time, In Office

Peak Trust Company is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and event strategy. This role plays a key part in coordinating conferences, client events, sponsor ships, marketing campaigns, and day‑to‑day marketing operations. The ideal candidate enjoys managing details, coordinating logistics, building relationships, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly from start to finish.

• Coordinate conference, event, and sponsorship logistics from planning through execution.
• Manage registrations, travel arrangements, event materials, vendor coordination, and event timelines.
• Support client events, educational programs, and business development activities.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and branded merchandise.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, content distribution, and project coordination.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and tracking tools.
• Support CRM data management and event‑related reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, project coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Experience with CRM systems, event platforms, or marketing tools preferred.

• Events and conferences are executed professionally and efficiently.
• Marketing projects stay organized and on schedule.
• Event logistics and vendor relationships are managed proactively.
• Marketing materials and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
• Internal stakeholders feel informed, supported, and prepared for marketing and business development activities.
