Community Manager

What you'll do

• Advise brand partners on where and how to engage organically across communities — customer care, fandom, and organic campaign use cases
• Coach brand teams on tone, voice, and copywriting for posts, comments, and live Q&A / AMA-style formats
• Guide moderator outreach, navigating community rules, and moderation best practices
• Walk partners through profile setup, verification, and community listening tools
• Partner with Sales and Client Partner teams to turn inbound partner needs into real recommendations
• Feed trends and insights from partner conversations back to Product and Engineering

• You genuinely live in online communities. Threads, cross posts, community etiquette, upvote culture, self-promo rules — this is instinct for you, not something you researched
• 4–7 years in community management, organic social strategy, or agency-side consultative account support
• You can take messy, non-standard inbound requests and turn internet culture into marketing guidance a brand manager can actually act on
• Hands-on with profile setup, account verification, moderation dynamics, and social listening tools
• You can explain how organic community health connects to the broader marketing funnel
• Self-starter who's comfortable in the gray area
