We are partnering with our Seattle, WA food and hospitality client to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis! This is a fully onsite role on the east side and will require occasional travel throughout the Seattle Metro Area and to other office locations out of state. This role is a true generalist marketing position, focusing on ensuring brand consistency across locations and marketing channels, driving consumer audience growth and new customer acquisition, and working across creative and analytical efforts to enable brand growth.
You will plan events, launches and location openings, focused on aligning corporate marketing with regional outreach and brand efforts. This is a tactical and strategic role, in which you will need to write, design, edit, deploy and project manage campaigns, events and content for the brand. To be a fit, you should bring 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, with experience in food, hospitality or similar required, and proficiency in POS tools is a must.
You should bring a strong understanding of content writing and editing, light design work in Canva, email and social media marketing, event coordination and digital analytics.
This organization is experiencing massive growth and this role is NEW for the team as they expand the brand! This is a fully onsite position east of Seattle, and will require 15% travel in the US and around the Seattle metro area. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, heavily dependent on the level of relevant experience and industry expertise. You will:
- Serve as a true marketing generalist in a tactical, execution-focused role with strategic reach, working to ensure brand consistency across locations and marketing channels
- Drive digital footprint and consumer audience growth, creating and launching campaigns across social, email, digital, print and influencer channels
- Plan events and campaigns for new location openings and product launches, serving as the Project Manager and day-of contact for events and activations;
Work with vendors and cross-functional teams across locations - Own brand guidelines and voice for the organization, educating internal teams, vendors and staff on best practices to ensure cohesion in tone and style across locations, geographies and products
- Review campaign analytics, budgets and ROI to inform future marketing plans
- Support various other marketing projects, technical upgrades and similar, as needed
Your experience should include:
- 3+ years of marketing experience with experience in social, digital, writing, light design, analytics and event coordination
- Experience in food, hospitality or restaurant organizations, required (flexible for work experience outside of traditional marketing roles – POS proficiency is required)
- High level of technical aptitude with Mar Tech tools, including Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, social media platforms and similar
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred but flexible for additional experience
- Comfort in a fully onsite role with travel around Seattle and US locations (~15% annually)
- Strong project management, vendor management and cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
