Job Category Marketing & Communications Job Details About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
There has never been a more important time to get AI right inside a company. Slack is where teams collaborate, plan, and get work done together. It's built so that humans and AI agents can work side by side in that same shared space, so people and information stay connected. We power work for millions of people every day, and we're leading the charge into the agentic era.
Join us, and you'll help shape how companies bring humans, agents, and AI together to work as one.
This Role We're looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager/Sr Manager who builds the story visually, not just writes it. You'll take Slack's roadmap and technical capabilities and turn them into working demos: real screens, real click paths, real use cases that show rather than tell what Slack can do. You'll partner with Product Management and Product Marketing launch team to understand new functionality deeply enough to build it into a demo environment yourself, and you'll work with Sales Engineering to make sure technical sellers have new, compelling ways to bring Slack to life in front of customers.
Beyond building individual demos, you'll think about how we scale demo creation across a growing product and team, finding ways to make demos faster to build, easier to maintain, and consistent across sellers and regions. You'll also explore how AI tools themselves can reshape the way we tell our story, using them to prototype faster, personalize demos for specific customers, and push our storytelling into new formats.
Responsibilities:
Design and build product demos end to end, including screens, workflows, and click paths grounded in real customer use cases.
Translate roadmap and product functionality into visual demo narratives that make complex capabilities easy to see and understand.
Maintain and evolve demo environments so they reflect shipped product accurately and reliably.
Build repeatable systems and templates that let demos scale efficiently across sellers, regions, and use cases.
Use AI tools to speed up demo creation, personalize demos for specific audiences, and experiment with new storytelling formats.
Partner with Sales Engineering to give technical sellers new, hands-on ways to showcase Slack's capabilities.
Partner with cross-functional marketing teams, developing GTM demo assets to promote across surfaces
Develop technical enablement materials, FAQs, and training that help sellers speak confidently to how the product actually works.
Track emerging AI and technology trends and translate them into new demo concepts and keynote moments.
Required skills:
5+ years in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high-tech company
Enterprise application experience (CRM, ERP, customer service, etc.)Deep demo-building expertise end-to-end, from narrative to technical execution
Strong exec-facing presentation skills
Uses data and analytics to drive decisions, with a proven track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing goals
Experience building with Frontier and other AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
- and other creative editing tools)
Experience building marketing assets:
Figma product visuals, demo videos, event/webinar content
Preferred:
Video editing (Premiere/Camtasia/Final Cut), Salesforce Product Experience Bachelor's degree required; MB or equivalent…
