Industry Marketing Manager, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods

In this role as an Industry Marketing Manager for Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), you will partner across Sales and Marketing teams to build and land integrated programs that increase demand, bolster AI perception, and drive pipeline across retail and CPG accounts. You are a compelling storyteller who builds consistent, scalable, and optimized marketing programs.
This is a direct role; you will execute with attention to detail, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigate relationships across executive leadership, agencies, and industry partners. You will apply a structured approach to measure program effectiveness, manage KPIs, and support scalable processes for growth. You will oversee a various channel mix across social and email while driving engagement through digital and physical events, executive round tables, and sales outbound strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Execution:
Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored for Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), aligning with regional business goals. - Cross-Functional Partnership:
Collaborate with Sales, regional marketing, and agency partners to translate account insights into targeted campaigns and executive events. - Program Management:
Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage channel execution to ensure seamless program delivery. - Campaign Optimization:
Manage and optimize full-funnel assets—from digital and paid media to sales enablement—to drive pipeline and measure program impact.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
