About The Role

The role owns organic social media strategy and execution end-to-end, building brand authority and community engagement across platforms like Linked In, X, and Instagram. The team partners closely with content, product marketing, and design to translate complex technical concepts into engaging social narratives that resonate with B2B tech buyers.

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and demand-generation goals
• Write, edit, and schedule daily social content, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all active channels
• Analyze social performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics to optimize engagement and reach
• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce high-performing visual and multimedia assets
• Monitor social channels for community engagement, industry trends, and brand sentiment
• Manage the global social content calendar and coordinate cross-functional product launch amplification

• 3-6 years of professional social media management experience within B2B or B2C tech companies
• Demonstrated expertise using social management and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Linked In Campaign Manager)
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to distill technical topics into punchy, audience-appropriate posts
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of growing organic reach and engagement metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
