For our continued growth in the Americas region, we are looking for a Director
- Pipeline and Growth Marketing, Americas to lead all demand generation efforts for the Americas region with direct responsibility for marketing-sourced pipeline. This role will partner closely with Sales leadership to drive revenue growth, increase market awareness, and establish Theobald Software as a leading SAP integration provider in North America.

Our office is located in downtown Seattle.

• You are accountable for US pipeline generation. Together with Sales, youdefineand execute the mix of campaigns, programs and channelsrequiredto achieve pipeline targets and manage the US marketing budget accordingly. You develop and execute campaigns built for the US market and bring US-specific input into our global campaigns before they launch.
• You will oversee lead engagement throughout the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience frominitialinterest through opportunity creation.
  
  Youestablishand manage reporting on key funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and marketing-sourced revenue.
• You willown ourevents, including webinars (10-12 per year) and trade shows.
  
  You'llshape the topics, drive registration and attendance, and own the follow-up that turns interest into opportunity.
• You'llleadjointGTM campaigns with our strategic partners, using co-marketing assets and available marketing funds to generate partner-sourced pipeline.
• You serve as the Marketing leader for the Americas region, providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership based on market intelligence, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degreein Marketing, Business,Communicationsor a related field
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing within the enterprise software industry
• Proven history of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact, with the ability to discuss campaign performance, investment levels, conversion metrics, and revenue outcomes.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling demand generation programs for the US enterprise software market.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling demand generation programs for the US enterprise software market.
• Hands-on fluency with marketing automation and CRMHubspot& Microsoft Dynamics 365. Youbuild the campaign yourself; youdon'thand it to someone else.
• Flexibility to work with global marketing team in different time zones
• Experience managing six-figure or seven-figure annual marketing budgets.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms and modern demand generation practices.
• Ability to travel to events and HQ in Germany
