- Lead state-level marketing strategy, annual planning, and activation across designated markets
- Translate national programs and priority periods for market-level execution with Sales Leads and Distributor teams
- Develop and oversee execution plans and playbooks aligned with brand guidelines and local needs
- Capture, synthesize, and communicate market insights for brand planning and program briefing processes
- Support large-scale brand events, sponsor ships, and activations
- Own Corporate Partnership execution in assigned markets and drive continuous improvement through recaps
- Lead agency briefing for local sampling programs, events, and large-scale activations
- Develop, manage, track, and reconcile market-level A&P budgets
- Optimize investment across states while balancing national priorities
- Localize customer and distributor sell decks and sell sheets
- Present program priorities at distributor forums including Kickoffs, GSMs, and select QBRs
- Define commercial objectives and manage post-program evaluation, including ROI readouts
- Champion and scale best practices across the commercial ecosystem
- Share market insights, performance feedback, and growth opportunities with Brand, Channel, Commercial, and Leadership Teams
- Translate field feedback into recommendations for national program development
- Identify and eliminate process friction
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within beverage alcohol, trade/retail management, or brand roles
- Demonstrated experience developing local activation strategies and driving commercial planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Demonstrates expertise in leading state-level marketing strategies and executing local activation plans while effectively managing budgets and optimizing investments. Strong ability to synthesize market insights and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth.
