Senior Account Executive

• Support planning, development, and execution of public relations, communications, public affairs, marketing, and outreach initiatives
• Support development and execution of communications and public affairs strategies, messaging, outreach plans, and campaigns
• Manage assigned work streams across multiple projects
• Coordinate tasks, track timelines and deliverables, and ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations
• Develop and implement social media campaigns, including content development, editorial calendars, and digital content
• Draft internal and external communications and collateral, including fact sheets, client presentations, news releases, eblasts, message platforms, flyers, and signage
• Develop media pitches and support media relations efforts
• Support planning and execution of client events and community outreach activities
• Monitor client and project issues and support communications and response strategies during crisis or emergency situations
• Support business development through proposals, research, presentations, and networking, industry, and community events
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
• Stay informed on communications trends, technology, media, and public relations, marketing, and strategic communications best practices
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Political Science, Marketing, Journalism, Public Administration or similar preferred
• 3+ years' experience in public relations, public affairs or public outreach fields
• Strong writing skills
• Research skills
• Project management skills
• Employees who are fluent in Spanish, or other languages as needed, may be expected to provide in-house translation and interpretation services as part of their role
• Must be located within Seattle, WA
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
• Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time

Demonstrates expertise in public relations, communications, and marketing strategies, with strong writing and project management skills. Capable of developing and executing outreach initiatives and managing multiple projects while providing guidance to junior team members.
