Impinj is seeking a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for our portfolio of market-leading IoT solutions and services. This role combines technical expertise, market insight, and collaboration to drive revenue growth, market differentiation, and brand visibility in a highly competitive industry. You will join the collaborative team that leads the marketing launch and market share growth initiatives for our solutions and services.

The ideal candidate understands wireless IoT technologies and SaaS products and has proven experience delivering go-to-market programs that accelerate adoption of IoT products and solutions.
Must be located in Seattle, WA or San Diego, CA.

• Own the strategy and execution of product marketing initiatives that drive adoption and revenue growth, including go-to-market planning, messaging and positioning, and product launches
• Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and content that clearly communicates the value of our Impinj solutions and services to technical and business audiences in the wireless, telecom, and IoT sectors
• Plan and execute product and solution launches in collaboration with corporate marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with product management, sales, market development, and corporate marketing to develop and evolve the go-to-market strategy to increase Impinj revenue, market share, and return-on-investment
• Collaborate with our product management and product application teams to develop technical marketing content, webinars, and product training materials
• Support internal enablement by training sales and customer-facing teams on product and solution messaging and positioning

• 12+ years of product marketing, technical marketing, business development, product management in the semiconductor or wireless technology sector
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related field
• Ability to quickly understand and apply emerging technologies to business strategy
• Strong technical expertise combined with business acumen and strategic thinking
• Demonstrated success collaborating across teams to drive execution for complex, technical products in a partner ecosystem
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate sophisticated market dynamics
• Proven experience in delivering impactful messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including some international trave

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is$148,000- $222,000
. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
